The Payroll Specialist Role

• Full cycle payroll processing for approximately 200 employees
• Federal, State, and Local tax deposits
• Filing Certified payroll reports
• Non-union payroll runs
• Work with HR to maintain personnel files
• Maintain a relationship with BWC
• Maintain a relationship with the 401k provider

The Payroll Specialist Qualifications

• Experience in Full Cycle Payroll
• Experience with payroll tax - federal, state, and local
• Experience in large employee count payroll
• Comfortable with Excel - tech-savvy
• 3+ years of payroll experience
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
