A prestigious lifestyle company and developer is seeking a licensed architect to join their team and head up the studio. You will work closely with the founder and design team, and will serve as the voice of design to oversee project execution worldwide.
Responsibilities:
- Manage architectural projects from initial concept to completion.
- Ensure effective communication and oversight of project matters, including RFI's, submittals, invoices, change orders, and CD sets.
- Manage contracts, schedules, budgets, subcontractor coordination, and construction administration.
Skills and experience: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture
- Proven experience in luxury construction for retail and hospitality
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite
- Bilingual in Spanish/English highly preferred
