**Warehouse Assistant**
**Globally Recognized Manufacturing Firm**
Kitagawa North-Tech, Inc., is a well-respected and dynamic manufacturing organization located in Schaumburg, Illinois. We are seeking to add a Warehouse Assistant who will play a key role in our continued success.
**Position Summary**
Individual will be required to perform all general warehouse duties, including but not limited to; shipping, receiving, picking, packing, and stocking of products and materials daily. Must have the ability and knowledge to safely operate a sit down liquefied gas-powered forklift and hand & pneumatic tools. Knowledge of computer systems used to process UPS/FED EX shipments.
**Knowledge, Skills & Abilities**
* Basic mechanical knowledge or mechanical aptitude a plus but not required
* Minimum of 2 years warehouse experience required
* High School diploma or equivalent required
* A thorough knowledge and understanding of all warehouse procedures including but not limited to, inventory control functions, proper stock storage, stock rotation, housekeeping, safety, domestic shipping & receiving, and international documentation requirements
