Requirements:
- Basic experience as a Travel Consultant or similar role, with a deep understanding of travel products, destinations, and booking processes.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to actively listen to clients' needs and provide personalized recommendations.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
