**Material Handler Red Wing, MN**
This is a full-time hourly (union) position with Growth Potential! Work is done primarily on day shifts with the possibility of overtime and weekend work.
Shifts rotate: 5:00a-1:00p, 7:00a-3:00p, 9:00a-5:00p, 11:00a-7:00p
Rate of pay: $20.84 21.26/hr Full benefits package starts on day 1

**Job Responsibilities** :
Job duties include, but are not limited to:
* Loading and unloading agriculture products (meal, seed and oil) into trucks, railcars, drums and totes while safely operating equipment and providing quality product to the customers.
* Will be trained to work in a quality controlled GMP environment.
* Be able to read scales and correctly weigh, sample and direct the product to the proper locations
* Daily equipment checks to ensure equipment is functioning and maintained. General housekeeping of your work area. Be able to identify issues and troubleshoot solutions
* Operation of track mobile and railcar vehicles, rail safety
* Physical work out in the elements. Ability to meet these physical requirements such as prolonged kneeling, bending, climbing stairs and ladders, shoveling, sweeping and ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted
* Some outdoor seasonal work as needed (lawncare, snow removal)
* Commitment to ADMs goal of achieving a zero injury safety culture; understand and follow company safety procedures
* This position works directly with customer personnel and requires an employee to maintain professional interactions and communication skills with the customers.
**Job Requirements:**
* Prior experience operating a forklift/payloader/skid-steer is preferred.
* High school education or equivalent is preferred
* Must exhibit regular and prompt attendance
* Ideal candidates will demonstrate initiative to work independently while being flexible to work as a team when needed.
Relocation assistance is not available with this position.
