Job Summary

The Corporate Human Resources Benefit Coordinator is a temporary position for 3 to 4-month project including annual open enrollment. This position will primarily support and back up the HR Manager in all things related to employee benefits. This position will act as a liaison for benefit questions and information with facilities and employees and will provide excellent customer service.

Job Responsibilities

* Review/audit of benefits reports and data.

* Tracking of documents to ensure executed timely.

* Project timeline tracking and reporting.

* Administrative project support.

Position Qualifications

* Experience with benefits enrollment technology.

* 1-2 years of benefits-related experience

* Organizational skills

* Timeline tracking skills

* Oral and written communication

* Excel (intermediate to advanced), word, ppt

* Data entry

* Teams

* Ability to work professionally and cooperatively with all levels of personnel within the organization.

* Schedule: 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m M-F working in the Corporate Office.
