Responsibilities:

This new position for an Executive Assistant III will function as the Assistant Corporate Secretary focusing on taking and retaining meeting minutes for the Board and their committees.

This role will occasionally act as a liaison between members of Senior Management as it relates to corresponding with internal customers and outside vendors. Success will require reliability, the ability to organize and prioritize large volumes of information with accurate preparation of reports, and proficient oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills. The individual in this role must display a high level of independence and decision-making abilities to identify and elevate issues. Some special projects will require the ability to act as a project manager.



Qualifications:

Requirements:

  • High school diploma.
  • 5 years of experience in an Executive Assistant or legal support role; 3 years supporting a C-level executive or EVP-level leader.
  • 2 years of experience taking official meeting minutes, keeping an accurate record of what transpired, and the decisions that were made.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • The ability to display discretion when handling information of a sensitive and confidential nature.
  • Effective and accurate record-keeping abilities.

Preferences:

  • Previous experience in banking or lending environment.
  • Paralegal certificate and/or experience in legal support.
  • Bachelors Degree.
  • Understanding of banking terminology.
