Headquarter Mazda is actively searching for individuals with a robust work ethic, a proven history of success in sales, and a dedication to providing excellent customer service. While we welcome sales experience from any industry, we are open to providing training. Individuals who have considered entering automotive sales or those presently engaged in the business, aspiring to elevate their career, are encouraged to submit their applications today.
Interest candidates must be able to:
- Complete extensive training regarding the product line.
- Spend time with customers to determine their needs and discusses vehicle options
- Test drive vehicles to demonstrate automotive features
- Complete quotes, return email/voicemail, other administrative functions and processing transaction paperwork
- Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate leads and close sales
QualificationsYou understand that the better you serve people the better income you generate. The ideal candidate must have a strong desire to succeed. Our automotive sales representatives come from a variety of backgrounds ranging from entry level to career changers or experienced sales. Success does not hinge on precise work experience although experience in automotive sales is a huge plus.
- Preferred prior experience as a sales representative in either automotive sales, inside sales, outside sales, retail sales or telemarketing sales
- Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships
- Basic computer software and internet proficiency
- Excellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
- Adhere to the company's dress code policy
- Adhere to the Tobacco-Free Campus Policy
- Must be flexible with schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
