Customer Sales and Service Greenwood Village, Colorado Minimum Experience **Entry-level** Compensation **$17.00 per hour + commissions** Supervisory Responsibilities: None Employment Type: Full-Time, must be flexible with ability to work evenings and/ or weekends Location: Telecommute Years of Experience: 2-5 years of experience in a similar or related position Position Summary: The CE Shop is the leading provider of online Real Estate education and the Customer Service Representative (CSR) is tasked with establishing a rapport with current and prospective students and building confidence in The CE Shops products. The CSRs primary responsibility is to provide consultative support to students across a variety of communication channels. This will be accomplished by having in-depth knowledge of company products and state regulations, as well as understanding the student's needs to make product/service recommendations that will help them achieve their learning goals.

Essential Functions / Job Responsibilities: * Serves as first point-of-contact for students and prospective students via phone and email

* Supports prospective students through the course selection and enrollment process

* Acts as a consultant to answer and resolve product, service or state requirements questions

* Assists students with updates to accounts, processes changes and refunds, resolves reporting questions and assists with course navigation

* Responds to student questions and/or requests; website information; and/or escalates concerns, as necessary

Travel: None

Minimum Educational Requirement: High School Diploma or GED

* Technical experience with the ability to learn systems and practices quickly

* High level of empathy and emotional intelligence, with the ability to understand educational needs and make product/service recommendations

* Strong problem solving skills and ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment

* Conflict management skills and the ability to use high level judgement when managing student behavior

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Ability to work independently and multi-task

Minimum Requirements:

* 2-5 years prior experience in a customer service and/or call center atmosphere resolving inbound and outbound customer service and sales opportunities

* Excellent communication skills

* Basic sales and competitive selling techniques

* Experience in a similar or sales/service-related position

* High School Diploma / GED. Two-year Associate's Degree preferred

* Must be able to work a flexible schedule that may include weekends and evenings

Technical Skills Required:

* Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening

* The ability to efficiently navigate through multiple programs and use dual computer monitors

* Strong technical and software skills

* Experience with CRM (Salesforce.com a plus)

* Experience with Google-based web platform and tools
