We're looking for a remote cruise booking agent to join our team!
Responsibilities may include:
- Cruise Research: Staying updated with various cruise lines, itineraries, and ships to provide clients with the most suitable options based on their preferences and budget.
- Itinerary Planning: Assisting clients in selecting the right cruise destination, cruise length, and itinerary that aligns with their interests and travel goals.
- Cabin Selection: Recommending and booking cabins based on clients' preferences, such as room type, location, and onboard amenities.
- Booking and Reservations: Handling the entire booking process, including cruise tickets, onboard activities, and any additional services clients may require.
- Pricing and Promotions: Keeping clients informed about cruise deals, promotions, and discounts to help them get the best value for their money.
- Travel Documentation: Ensuring clients have all the necessary travel documents, such as passports, visas, and cruise line-specific requirements.
- Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service by promptly responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and offering support before, during, and after the cruise.
- Payment Processing: Managing payment transactions securely and assisting clients with payment options.
- Knowledge of Cruise Policies: Being familiar with the cruise lines' policies regarding cancellations, refunds, and changes to help clients navigate any potential issues.
- Stay Informed: Staying updated with the latest cruise industry trends, regulations, and health and safety protocols.
Agents should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for travel. They need to be adept at using various booking systems and travel software to efficiently manage reservations. Knowledge of different cruise lines, ships, and cruise destinations is essential to provide clients with personalized and well-informed recommendations.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old, eligible to work in the United States, and have the ability to work remotely. No experience is required. Full training will be provided. This is a business opportunity, which includes a 1099, and is commission-only. You may work as much or as little as you like.
