Job Details
Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
* Set and prepare tables for dining, including, but not limited to, folding napkins, cleaning and placing tableware, serving water, etc.
* Ensure tableware is in good and working condition and report any defects for repair
* Stock, maintain and clean designated food station(s) / server station(s)
* Assist food server(s) with table service, including, but not limited to, serving beverages, bread and butter, etc.
* Retrieve and transport dirty tableware to dishwashing area for proper cleaning
* Clear dirty table settings and prepare tables for resetting
* Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
Qualifications and Requirements
* High School Diploma or equivalent.
* Previous background from the hospitality industry preferred.
* Ability to speak, read, and write fluent English; other languages beneficial.
* Frequently standing up, bending, climbing, kneeling, and moving about the facility.
* Will be required to regularly use commercial cleaning chemicals.
* Carrying, lifting or pulling items weighing up to 50 pounds.
* Will be required to work mornings, weekends, and holidays.
