Job Summary: As the Director of Telemetry, you'll lead our nursing unit, ensuring top-notch patient care and efficient operations. Your role includes:
Responsibilities:
- Managing daily operations to meet quality, fiscal, and patient satisfaction goals
- Overseeing staff performance and departmental responsibilities
- Acting as a liaison with patients, physicians, and staff
- Promoting teamwork and internal/external customer satisfaction
- Efficient resource management

Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required
- Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) or Registered Nurse (RN) qualifications
- 3+ years of progressive leadership experience in a relevant unit; director-level experience preferred
