We currently have an opening for our Parts Warehouse position.
**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**
* Check, package, and prepare merchandise for shipment.
* Receive incoming merchandise from suppliers.
* Input information into the computer and files as required.
* Assist with core inspection and warranty tracking.
* Pull, organize, and log orders for ship out or delivery as required.
* Stock, maintain, locate parts in proper bins and mark products.
* Maintain a clean work environment and r esponsible for care of equipment.
* Comply with company policies and procedures not to exclude safety regulations.
* Abide by security procedures.
* Assist in other areas as needed.
* Stay current on company product line.
* Perform all other duties as assigned.
**SUPPORTIVE FUNCTIONS**
Attend training classes as required. Comply with policies and procedures of the company. Able to work when scheduled. Responsible for care of equipment. Abide by Safety guidelines.
**SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY**
Ability to listen and communicate with customers and co-workers, shipping/receiving, parts ordering and fullfillment.
**PHYSICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS**
Employee is required to stand, walk, kneel, crouch, squat, crawl, bend and twist, climb and lift up to and over 80 pounds occasionally. Visual requirements are constant. Employee is exposed to mechanical, chemical, electrical, and fire hazards on regular basis. Must pass a lung functionary test and physical each year.
**QUALIFICATIONS STANDARDS**
Education
A high school diploma and/or GED is required.
**Experience**
A minimum of 1 year in warehouse experience preferred.
**Licenses or Certificates**
A valid drivers license is required.
**Appearance/Uniforms**
All employees must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance. (Specific standards available)
Normal Hours of Work: 8 A.M. until 5 P.M., Monday through Friday. Subject to change by Direct Supervisor and/or upper Management. Overtime may be required with or without notice. Traveling may be required.
