P/T Litigation Paralegal - VA - JURISolutions Legal (JSL)

Job Details

JURISolutions Legal has collaborated with a law firm located in Falls Church, VA to find a P/T Litigation Paralegal for a temp-to-hire position. The ideal candidate should have at least two years of litigation and trial support experience. This position mostly follows a remote schedule, with occasional visits to the office as needed.

Fundamental tasks include:

Performing advanced level legal secretarial level job duties
Assists and supports attorneys as needed
Coordinate preparation of charts, graphs, and other visuals
Communicate on behalf of the attorney to obtain information, follow up on delegated assignments, and know when to refer matters to the attorney
Trial support (exhibits, binders, etc.)
Maintain client/attorney confidentiality
Maintain filing systems
Performs additional duties as assigned

Requirements to be considered for this role include:

2+ years of litigation support experience is required.
High school diploma is required. An associate degree is preferred.
Able to prioritize time-sensitive assignments and find solutions to complete complex tasks
Strong written and communication skills
Strong attention to detail to ensure projects meet business goals
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook
