Working within the spirit and content of the Sartorius Core Values, the Internal Logistics & Warehouse Specialist (based at our regional facility in Arvada, CO) is responsible for providing administrative support for Warehouse Operations.
**What you will accomplish together with us**
* Process Deliveries in SAP to support 3PL operation in Ohio Warehouse
* Review/Approve Timecards and submit to Staffing Agencies
* Review Warehouse Supplies and place purchase orders
* Process shipping documents for domestic and international shipments.
* Monitor and Coordinate required trainings for Warehouse Employees
* Communication with Staffing Agencies for warehouse operations
* Review and Revise Warehouse SOPs
* Provide administrative support for warehouse operations
* Run monthly reports for Warehouse KPIs
* Update Daily Open Late Order Report
* Coordinate and support special warehouse projects
* Track and record attendance for Warehouse Team
* Manage maintain and update monthly Capacity Report
* Support for Tracking and Monitoring Monthly Delivery Reliability
* Trouble Shoot Delivery Orders - communicate with OPM/Warehouse
* Support Warehouse on investigation of Inventory related issues
* Responsible for meeting Warehouse Inventory Accuracy Goal
* Strive to meet goals and objectives as listed by Manager of Warehouse
* Perform all other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Manager of Warehouse that fall into the knowledge and skills required for this position
**What will convince us**
* High school diploma or GED required
* Forklift and securing loads experience, cleaning experience
* IT skills (data entry and inventory) highly desired
* Spatial thinking ability
* High energy individual required
