NCHSC - Minot, ND - Behavioral HealthClinician (Team-based)

**Sign on Bonus up to $10,000**

Be part of an interdisciplinary team that provides individuals opportunity for recovery management so they can live and work independently in their home and community.

In a typical week, you will complete assessments and service plans. You will be involved in the organizing, directing, and guiding of care provided by other team members, as well as ongoing monitoring and update of service recommendations. You will provide skills training, as well as individual, family, and group therapy. You will provide crisis intervention and risk assessments in the office, in the community. On-call opportunities will be available and include pay differential. Also, you will provide education and consult to families, community, interns, and residents.

You will thrive in this position if you are committed to a rehabilitative and person-centered philosophy and comfortable providing services in homes and communities. Because services are provided in homes and communities, travel is a norm.

To be considered for the Clinician position,you are required to have one of the following education/licensure combinations:

amaster's degree in Social Work and licensure as a LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) by the ND Board of Social Work Examiners;

OR a master's degree in Counseling and licensure as a LPCC (Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor) by the ND Board of Counselor Examiners;

OR a Doctorate in Psychology and licensure as a Psychologist by the ND Board of Psychologist Examiners.

If unable to find fully licensed candidates, we will consider filling this position as aHuman Relations Counselor.Human Relations Counselors must have one of the following education/experience combinations:

a master's degree in Social Work and licensure as a LMSW (Licensed Master Social Worker) by the ND Board of Social Work Examiners;

ORa master's degree in Counseling and licensure as a LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) by the ND Board of Counselor Examiners.

ORa master's degree in Counseling and licensure as a LAPC, if the applicant is far enough along with the process to obtain their LPCC within two years from the date of hire. Information outlining where you are in the licensure process and the number of training hours already obtained must be submitted with the application form.

Free clinical supervision for licensure advancement. (preferred)

Position requires a valid driver's license and successful completion of the assigned defensive driving course during new-hire orientation.

Location:This position provides essential client services face to face and therefore the person inthis position needs to be able to travel to meet clients at their location.
