The Role:
As the primary point of contact with prospects, our ideal BDR excels at understanding the sales process. Your role involves researching leads, initiating new relationships, and setting the stage for our Account Executives to shine. Responsibilities:
Engage with inbound marketing-generated leads, identifying prospects and nurturing relationships for discovery calls and demos.
Proactively pursue new business opportunities through outbound prospecting.
Thrive in a target-driven environment, motivated to exceed expectations.
Utilize phone, email, and LinkedIn effectively to maximize meetings booked and revenue won.
Demonstrate excellent time-management, juggling multiple conversations while never letting an opportunity slip.
Be a stellar listener and communicator, sharing knowledge and influencing for positive outcomes.
Understand customer needs, matching our solutions to their problems in private practice marketing.
Qualifications:
Exhibit tenacity and resilience in handling a workload that includes both successes and rejections.
Connect with prospects on a human level, fostering trust and positive outcomes.
Embrace interdependence within the sales team, with a receptive attitude towards coaching/feedback.
Previous experience in medical sales and interaction with physicians.
Success in cold calling and cold email campaigns.
Ability to discern qualified leads before setting appointments with Account Executives.
Understanding of cultural nuances and appropriate sales demeanor within the healthcare industry.
Requirements:
Two years of B2B sales experience.
General knowledge of marketing.
Preferred experience in the tech, marketing, or marketing solutions business.
