Who We're Looking For:

As a key member of the Manufacturing team, the Micro Assembler is responsible for placing, gluing, mounting, and assembling sensors and sub-assembling catheters.

About the Role:

  • Mix and prepare 2 component adhesives and silicone.
  • Work and handle microscope.
  • After being trained accordingly, backup as additional resource in manufacturing processes, (e.g., but not limited to):
    • Sleeve manufacturing
    • Bonding of pressure sensor micro chips
  • Other duties as assigned (e.g., tasks in our Warehouse).
  • Report all non-conformity product issues to Production Team Leader.
  • Adhere to the standard production procedures and quality standards for all work performed.
  • Adhere to all hygiene and security standards of the company.
  • Follow GMP, Work Safety, and ISO13845 requirements.

Depending on experience and skillset, we have multiple positions available:
  • Assembler: $20.00/hour
  • Assembler II: $23.00/hour
  • Senior Assembler: $25.00/hour

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Prior assembly experience, preferably in medical device manufacturing.
  • Must be able to read and understand work instructions.
  • Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Must possess ability to effectively use a microscope and miniature tools such as tweezer and scalpel. As well as the ability to measure using basic measuring equipment such as pin gages, micrometers, luer taper gages and rulers.
  • Requires production work with ability to handle physical requirements, including, but not limited to, sitting for several hours, repeated bending, stretching, twisting, and lifting.
