**As a Warehouse Associate, you'll make an impact by:**
* Loading and unloading outbound and inbound trailers, preparing proper documentation.
* Supporting production activities by staging production materials, removing finished products from the production floor, and reconciling product pull sheets with production.
* Ensuring accurate inbound and outbound shipments by performing accurate product counts, freight damage assessments, QA check-in inspections, and discrepancy reporting.
* Managing production overrun product on a daily basis.
* Assisting with monthly cycle counts.
**What you need to succeed:**
* High school diploma or equivalent; college or trade-related accreditation preferred
* Forklift experience
* Driver's license with good driving record
* Able to work with hay and hay-based products
