Are you ready to join an organization that will help unlock your potential?As the EB360 Senior Business Analyst specializing in member/employee enrollment, you will be part of the Employee Benefits Technology Strategy team. You will collaborate closely with key stakeholders, including operational business areas, product, and IT development teams to gather requirements, design, and implement intuitive solutions via an agile software delivery model. Your expertise in benefits administration and strong analytical and problem-solving skills will be instrumental in delivering efficient and scalable solutions to our business partners.Responsibilities:Collaborate with Operational Business Areas to understand processes and gather requirements for system enhancements or develop new solutions to meet member enrollment needs.Provide functional requirements and system specifications for the IT development team.Oversee end to end User Acceptance Testing activities, including ownership of integrated test plans encompassing data set-up, script definition, defect remediation, and regression testing.Support member enrollment data integrations with third-party and benefit administration and payroll partners.Understand system architecture and cross-functional integration related to member enrollment.Work with business stakeholders to maintain and prioritize the system backlog and ensure key roadmap initiatives are delivered.Interact directly with customers, brokers, and strategic partners to demonstrate and train on the platform as well as gather new requirements as needed.Develop and maintain documentation, including system user guides and functional specifications.Provide training and mentoring to junior members of the team.

The base salary range for this position is $67,000-$100,00. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities. Preferred Qualifications:Industry exposure and understanding of qualifying life events, late entrant rules, evidence of insurability, open/annual enrollment eventsStrong knowledge of SQLExperience with Data IntegrationsAnalytical and problem-solving skills, with a high attention to detail and ability to deliver high quality work.Excellent written/verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical personnel, external vendors, brokers, and agents if required.
