Youll follow the project foremans direction to prepare job sites, load and unload material, remove debris, help team members, and do any other tasks to ensure the customer is satisfied with our work. Responsibilities:
Load, unload and prepare any tools or materials on site that will be used to complete the build, so the crew can operate efficiently
Ensure that all materials, tools and other debris from the build have been removed at the end of the project to make sure the work site is clean
Help your team with all stages of the build to make sure that the job is done as efficiently as possible
Make sure to follow all health and safety regulations to ensure you and your crew members dont suffer any injuries
Be available to help onsite tradespeople and heavy equipment workers as needed, to complete the plumbing, electrical, roofing, and any other aspect of the project

Gutter and Siding Installers:
Install gutters and siding on residential and commercial properties
Measure and cut materials to fit specific dimensions
Ensure installations meet or exceed industry and safety standards
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Communicate effectively with customers and team members
Troubleshoot and resolve issues as needed
Gutter Cleaners:
Clean gutters and downspouts on residential and commercial properties
Remove debris and other obstructions from gutters and downspouts
Inspect gutters and downspouts for damage or other issues
Communicate effectively with customers and team members
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Troubleshoot and resolve issues as needed
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED preferred
Some experience using construction equipment, forklift, hand tools, and power tools highly preferred
Important to be able to work independently and with a team, take direction and follow-through
This work requires physical agility, solid hand-eye coordination, and a good sense of balance
Should have general knowledge of building and construction, but we are willing to provide training
Valid Drivers License
Positive Attitude
Experience is valued but not necessary. We will train the right person.
