Fresh offers a hybrid working schedule with three fixed days in office, and two days remote. This role is based in our New York Office.

The North America (NA) Marketing team is responsible for bringing the fresh brand to life in the NA market through strong product-focused campaigns that are based on business priorities, consumer insights and industry trends. The department is comprised of brand marketing, paid & earned media, and retailer relations. Brand marketing encompasses 360 campaign planning and execution, competitive analysis, and industry trends. Paid & Earned media consists of our national & retailer media campaigns, influencer relations and press/events. Retailer relations focuses on building relationships with our key retailers: overseeing key gifting moments, sampling, GWP programs, and in-store activation.

Your Impact to the role:

  • Develop creative and effective integrated earned media strategy across press and influencer to drive brand awareness, desirability and engagement
  • Understand earned media landscape within beauty to have clear POV on how to standout from competitors and maintain an innovation mindset on how to evolve and try new things in order to elevate our strategy and differentiate fresh
  • Lead earned media performance recaps that clearly highlight what has worked and what hasn't worked in order to inform future strategy and plans
  • Amplify our brand with impact and reach through earned media, experiential, partnerships and influencers. Work in conjunction with Paid Media team to bring effective synergies and amplification to drive brand awareness and new customers
  • Proactively develop and foster relationships with editorial community and influencers/content creators to share the brand story, product launches and campaigns to garner engaging branded content
  • Build strong working relationships with agents, editorial community, management agencies, influencer networks and vendors
Your impact in your first year:
  • By nurturing relationships and outreach, candidate will be integral in ideating, securing, and developing new influencer partnerships
  • Candidate will be responsible for identifying gaps in our earned media strategy and recommending solutions on how to optimize in order to stand out from competition and grow brand awareness and desirability
  • Candidate will help to fine-tune our measurement and KPIS framework across earned media to ensure we are continuing to grow and learn overtime.
Profil

WHO YOU ARE

You have:
  • 6+ Years of Experience Required in Communications, Public Relations and/or related field, and in managing teams
  • A minimum of 4 years experience working in Earned Media
  • Experience in digital analytics and social listening tools, measuring campaign ROI and metrics to support overall influencer strategy
  • Strong influencer and media relationships within the consumer/lifestyle industry
  • Understanding of financial and operational performance to ensure quality work and budget adherence
You can:
  • Exhibit strong management skills: manage overall process, timelines, deadlines, and continued proactivity on how to make things better
  • Exhibit strong managerial and team development skills to lead paid and earned media coordinator
  • Exhibit strong technical skills including Excel and PowerPoint; social platforms; tools including Trackrr, Dash Hudson
  • Demonstrate flawless attention to detail, be a team player, multi-tasker and creative thinker

The salary range for the role is $120,000 - $140,000
