General Qualifications:
Preferred: 1-2 years of sales, customer service, or hospitality experience
Preferred: Bachelor s Degree in Business or related field
Must be residing in or near Tampa
Willing and able to obtain 2-15 insurance licenses
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Coachable, self-motivated and able to work independently
Basic computer skills for example filling out online applications, sending emails, etc.
Experience utilizing a client relationship management tool and/or dialer
Job Summary:
As a licensed agent, you will help prospects select the health insurance products that best suit their needs and budget. Our portfolio of products include health, dental, vision, accident, life and other supplemental plans. You ll work on an hourly + commission basis and are responsible for selling insurance policies to individuals and businesses. You will help clients assess their insurance needs, provide policy recommendations, and facilitate the purchasing process.

Compensation:
$12-18/hour (based on experience) + Commission + Bonuses
Average first year compensation: $75,000 to $100,000
Eligible for benefits after 90 days including: Paid Time Off (PTO), Health Insurance
Schedule:
Monday - Friday 9AM to 5PM
Location: 5101 N Rome Ave Tampa, FL 33604
In person for the first 90 days (Eligible to Work From Home after 90 days)
