This is an Executive level position responsible for the providing strategic input and tactical execution regarding inventory control of the RDC/CDC/CSC Supply Chain Operations in support of multi-hospital Division(s) (14 to 20+ facilities). The position will be responsible for directing, implementing, and measuring all current and future inventory control operations, including operational and systemic implementations, education, training, and integration into facility operations. In addition, this position will be responsible for ongoing development and reengineering of future state supply chain strategies for the fulfillment organization. This role is responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations functions regarding inventory control including cycle counting, adjustments, min/max set up and GSO purchases. The role is also responsible for ensuring the success of all hiring, training, orientation, supervision, and evaluation of all inventory control employees to include cycle counters and Inventory Analysts.

**What you will do in this role:**

* Manage the global supply chain performance metrics regarding inventory levels to ensure operational

performance goals are met throughout the division.

* Identify and drive execution of continuous improvement opportunities within supply chain operations based on results of operating and financial performance indicators.

* Support Supply Chain CEO in minimizing overall costs and maximizing the savings and benefits attributable to implementation of the supply chain business plan by ensuring tight inventory controls are followed.

* Identify and develop future strategic plans associated with the Companys / Divisions inventory functions.

* Ensure consistent implementation of the CDC operating platform and coordination with Accounts Payable in both a centralized and decentralized environment.

* Monitor and report on inventory-driven metrics for the RDC performance, to include Days on Hand, Fill Rate, Stock/Non- Stock Opportunities and Non-Moving SKUs

* Assist in preparation of annual warehouse operation budget.

* Identify, analyze, and report on inventory adjustments

* Identifying, analyzing and addressing gaps in inventory policies and processes.

* Analyze root cause(s) of inventory-related issues and recommend resolution

* Schedule Physical Inventory counts of all stock and supplies as required by company policy

* Maintain operating expenses based on an annual operating budget.

* Manage Disaster supplies, processes, insuring warehouse is prepared to support facilities in all Disasters.

* Meets regularly with Division and Facility Senior Leadership and provides Division, Facility and Companywide strategy related to the fulfillment operations.

**Qualifications**

What experience and education is needed for this role:

* Bachelor's Degree required

* Master's Degree preferred

* 5+ years inventory operations management experience required

* 5+ years of leadership experience required

* Multi-facility and healthcare distribution experience preferred
