Customer Service Call Center Representative


Job Details

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Answer all inbound service leads (phone, internet) and direct to appropriate contact
  • Schedule service appointments
  • Contact present customers (phone, email, text) to maintain and improve customer loyalty
  • Understand and implement dealership service process
  • Make CSI follow-up calls.
  • Contact all no-shows to reschedule missed appointments.
  • Advise customers on special-order parts status, appointment reminders, and recall campaigns.

  • Call center experience helpful, but not required
  • Automotive experience a plus
  • Proficient with basic computer applications
  • Outgoing and friendly, not easily intimidated
