Focusing on commercial and military aircrafts, NAT provides first class services in design, engineering, quality, certification, and manufacturing for a variety of Blue Chip customers.The Warehouse Specialist 3 is responsible for being a part of the leadership team in the warehouse and overseeing product movement, part receiving, issuance and kitting.Key Duties and Responsibilities:Prioritize, assign and delegate tasks to other warehouse specialistCertified to operate and teach material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks or dollies to move stock or reorganize storage.Ensure products are packaged per ATA 300 specifications.Run action reports to generate work orders for warehouse teamOversee and coach warehouse specialist 2 and 1Ensure product issuance and moves in ERP System are done properly and resolve discrepancies when discoveredReceive packages, materials, and supplies and verifies product quantity and qualityEnsures document record retention requirements are met to support product certificationEnsure warehouse supplies are ordered and replenishedOversee dunnage and waste removal requirementsOversee and maintain shelf life materialEnsure ERP system inventory level accuracyTroubleshoot and repair warehouse equipment (scanners, printers, etc)Manage part shortage and exception list through ERP System and ExcelImprove warehouse layout to increase operational efficiencyPerform Part Capture and Control activity to support engineering change incorporationResolves inventory and ERP system discrepanciesPerforms various housekeeping tasks to ensure work areas are clean and free of safety hazards.Works cooperatively with other employees to accomplish warehouse goals.Follows all safety rules and regulations when completing job responsibilities.Additional duties assigned by Warehouse Lead.**Complementary Description**Located in Everett, Washington, Safran Cabin NAT offers competitive salaries, recognition programs, comprehensive benefits, retirement plans with employer match, corporate university training courses, professional development programs, and more.
