Identify impacted stakeholders (direct & indirect) & analyse the level of communication/training needed for each group. Evaluating the change impact and organizational readiness to limit potential risk. (Ex: Risk assessment ) Organize and oversee webinar trainings & workshops. Ensure workstream schedules are aligned to critical milestones of the program. Drive the standardization of training and process documentation with process engineer Monitor the MOC plan to ensure all areas of knowledge gaps are addressed and documented. Ongoing review to see what others approaches we can support in user adoption. Create global communications and engaging content (Ex: Newsletter, training content ) Conduct implementation reviews to assess the decisions and performance related to the change.
