Job Description
Assist with coordination of tester identification, test execution and environment managementAssist with the planning and execution of scenario sessionsCollaborate with security to ensure testers have necessary access for the upcoming test cycleMonitor efforts to resolve defects and track progressUpdate ALM with testing evidence/results/defect status/test assignees where neededGenerate ALM data to provide tech teams with tailored exportsRespond to user technical testing questions and where appropriate triage questions to the correct tech lead and/or PMO team memberProvide administrative support (i.e. reserving conference rooms for on-site testing, obtaining badges for testers, providing status input, etc.)
