Responsibilities
Handle a variety of employment - related litigation cases from initiation to resolution.Develop and implement effective case strategies to achieve favorable outcomes.Conduct legal research on employment laws, regulations, and precedents.Analyze complex legal issues and provide strategic advice to clients.Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and expectations.Provide regular updates on case progress and advise on legal strategies.Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests and other legal documents.Ensure accuracy, clarity and, and compliance with legal standards.Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and mediations.Assist clients in navigating employment law compliance issues.Provide proactive advice on risk management strategies.
Qualifications
Juris Doctor from an accredited law schoolAdmission to California Bar and in good standing5 + Years of experienceMust have excellent research, writing, and case management skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
