About This Role

As an Accounts Receivable Billing and Collections Analyst, you will partner with our client to support their A/R, collections and billing teams. This project is onsite in Chantilly, VA.

What You Will Work On

* Perform accounts receivable billing and collection including invoice entry, verification, reconciliation, and processing.

* Manage timely and accurate invoicing to client-customers and timely collection of payments.

* Examine and resolve invoice discrepancies or client-customer questions, and handle client-customer correspondence via phone or email.

* Monitor aging balances.

What You Will Bring

* Bachelor's degree in accounting or related experience.

* 1- 3 years of accounts receivable, billing and revenue collection experience.

* Government Contracting experience is a plus.

* CostPoint and/or Microsoft Navision experience is a plus.

* Experience with cash applications is also a plus.

* Exceptional written and oral communication skills, and polished interpersonal skills.

* Attention to detail and accuracy is a must.

* Strong sense of time management and task prioritization.

* Ability to manage multiple priorities as well as exhibit flexibility, adaptability and ownership.

* Experience working in a team environment and individually with the desire to seek continuous improvement.
