Minimum Education:
High school diploma or equivalent
Work Experience:
Preferably experienced professional having worked in an office environment, although not required.
Job Duties:
Perform data entry and word processing tasks with exceptional accuracy and speed.
Case noting for unit staff counselors.
Filing for unit staff counselors.
Assemble unit staff work schedules.
Contact customers to confirm appointments and verify pertinent information.
Provide back-up reception desk duties including answering incoming calls and processing arriving clients/visitors to the office.
Undertake unforeseen tasks as needed.
Preferred Skills:
Exceptional typing skills, preferably 60+ words per minute with high accuracy.
Excellent customer service skills.
Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with coworkers, customers, and supervisors.
Proficiency in computer literacy with familiarity in MS Office applications.
Basic knowledge of office machines such as copiers, fax machines, printers, and label printers.
Misc. Information:
Shift timing for this role is usually 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday.
Parking: Neighborhood alternate side street parking available. Underground garage directly across from the office with rates subject to change depending on length of stay.
Public Transportation: Office located within walking distance (2 city blocks) from nearest subway and bus stops.
Interviews: Conducted in-person at this time.
Training: Training will be provided.
