**Job Description**
You will be responsible for helping ATLIS achieve our strategic vision and help the company become more profitable, produce high-quality products and services, and meet production goals.
You will build a team and supervise a warehouse facility that is responsible for Manufacturing the AMV Battery Cell and Pack. Perform/supervise warehouse operations and ensure material handling equipment receives repair and maintenance. You will develop and maintain the warehouse audit strategy and schedules for all tooling and equipment used to deliver materials to the manufacturing line. Support engineering and manufacturing including 5S, material handling improvements, and safety procedures. You will be a hands-on team member willing to get in there and get your hands dirty. Able to lead from the front without getting in the way. You will be building a warehouse and material handling team and procedures from scratch to world class, maintaining the highest standards.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Build, supervise, train and coach the warehouse team to maintain the highest possible production targets and inventory management.
* Develop SOPs for all warehouse tasks and ensure they are followed and updated
* Maintain safety compliance in the manufacturing environment
* Tackle technical issues in a timely and strategic manner to ensure highest production output
* Ensure information is fed down and up to and from the warehouse team
* Build and maintain the material audit program
* Build and maintain the equipment spares audit program
* Develop spare parts system and ensure it is correctly inventoried
* Perform root cause analysis on long lead time or repetitive missed items.
* Build and maintain RCA process
**Ideally, you have experience with:**
* 5 years warehouse management or similar experience
* Degree not required but preferred
* Experience shipping, receiving and storing HAZMAT
* Experience supporting battery manufacturing lines
* Experience supporting maintenance spares
* Able to manage multiple tasks with competing priorities, establish and achieve goals.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Good computer skills
