Position Overview:
We are seeking a Commercial Service Plumber in the Northern Virginia area. The ideal candidate will have a background in plumbing and must be able to handle service calls, repairs, and installations on a variety of plumbing systems in commercial settings. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service.

Primary Responsibilities:
+ Perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs on plumbing systems in commercial buildings.
+ Diagnose plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and equipment malfunctions, and provide effective solutions.
+ Install, repair, and replace plumbing fixtures, pipes, valves, and related equipment as needed.
+ Collaborate with clients to understand their plumbing needs and provide appropriate recommendations.
+ Complete service reports and other documentation as required.
+ Maintains equipment, tools, and inventory stock on company service vehicle.
+ Safely drives company vehicle, follows requirements of company vehicle driving policy and adheres to all safety requirements.
Requirements:
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
+ Proven experience as a Plumber, with a strong understanding of plumbing systems and equipment.
+ Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
+ Knowledge of plumbing codes, regulations, and safety guidelines.
+ Ability to diagnose and resolve plumbing issues efficiently.
+ Excellent customer service and communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
+ Physical ability to work in various settings, including confined spaces, at heights, and in adverse weather conditions.
+ Basic computer skills.
+ Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
+ Must pass a drug screen and background check.
