Overview:
VTG is looking for an Operations Analyst to provide executive, analytical, management and administrative support services to the Front Office, Program Managers and their immediate staff.
Responsibilities:
- Provide coordination and record keeping, including commercial costs, of PEO IWS wireless communication equipment, such as mobile devices and those used in the international environment. Monitor budget for wireless telecommunications.
- Provide coordination and inventory management of assets assigned for use to PEO IWS such as Washington Navy Yard (WNY) Navy/Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI) Seat management needs, seat changes, LAN configuration management, furniture coordination activities, block move, floor diagrams. Monitor the budgets associated with these activities.
- Provide facilities, management practices, and a staffing plan to develop and maintain corporate information as a basis for knowledge management. Facilities entails the identification of a sufficient number of War Rooms, Operations Centers, Conference Rooms, Data Centers, Document Management Centers, Video Teleconferencing Capability, Integrated Data Environment, and other types of infrastructure that enable collaboration and brainstorming, and an official corporate library, within the PEO IWS enterprise up to the Secret level. Facilities also includes identification of an official corporate repository or integrated data environment for Business Information with document and role management features, layered protection of sensitive information such as Personally Identifiable Information or Business Sensitive.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 7 years of related professional experience
- OR High School Degree and 11 years of related experience
- Secret Clearance
