HR Specialist-Intermediate

3+ years of experience in industrial-organizational psychology, adult learning, or strategic human capital

Experience in human capital management, including workforce planning, competency modeling, training and development, career pathing, or performance management

Knowledge of human capital best practices and domain-specific methodologies

Requires a TS/SCI and the ability to obtain CI poly.
