As a Corporate Recruiter specializing in college recruitment, you will play a vital role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent from universities and colleges to join our firm. Leveraging your expertise in college recruitment strategies and your understanding of the accounting profession, you will partner with hiring managers and university stakeholders to execute targeted recruitment initiatives that align with our firm's hiring needs and objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
College Recruitment Strategy:

Develop and implement comprehensive college recruitment strategies to attract high-potential candidates from target universities and colleges.
Campus Engagement:

Cultivate relationships with career services offices, faculty, student organizations, and other key stakeholders at target schools to promote our firm and enhance our presence on campus.
Events and Presentations:

Plan and execute recruitment events such as career fairs, information sessions, networking events, and on-campus interviews to engage with students and showcase opportunities within our firm.
Candidate Sourcing:

Proactively source and identify qualified candidates through resume databases, networking platforms, social media, and other relevant channels.
Candidate Evaluation:

Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' skills, experiences, and fit for various accounting roles within our firm.
Interview Coordination:

Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, providing guidance and support to both parties throughout the interview process.
Offer Management:

Extend offers to selected candidates, negotiate compensation packages, and facilitate the offer acceptance process.
Pipeline Management:

Maintain a talent pipeline of prospective candidates for future hiring needs, keeping detailed records of candidate interactions and progress through the recruitment process.
Data Analysis:

Analyze recruitment metrics and performance data to evaluate the effectiveness of college recruitment initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
3+ years of experience in corporate recruitment, with a focus on college recruitment for accounting or professional services firms.
Strong understanding of accounting principles, industry trends, and recruitment best practices.
Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring college students for entry-level and internship positions.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with students, faculty, and hiring managers.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel to colleges and universities as needed for recruitment events and campus visits.
