vTech Solution is looking for a bright & dynamic incumbent for the position of Administrative Assistant to work from its Corporate Office.

This is an onsite role hence, local candidates from DC or Virginia will be preferred.

Overview: Administrative Assistant will provide Office support functions to CEO's office by managing CEO's calendars and keeping up with correspondence based on their needs. Incumbent will support HR Admin Team by handling routine HR work like record-updating and documentation and work as the primary contact person for any HR-related queries.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Update, monitor and manage CEO's calendar, set up reminders and keep up with the correspondence.
  • Recruitment support: source candidates from various job portals and socials media portals, screening calls, set up interviews, perform reference checks for internal hires.
  • Assign LMS induction to new hires, explain standard benefits questions, provide demo on timesheet, and leave system, share employee orientation related documents.
  • E-verify and report new hires to respective states within timeline (internal and consultants)
  • Addingemployees in 401K plans and sharing welcome emails upon completion of 3 months
  • Assist compliance team by providing requested information for monthly internal audits.
  • Assist in various HR Programs e.g., Mentorship, Internship, Veteran's Program and Employee Wellness Program.
  • Assist Employee Engagement Event Committee/Team in employee engagement activities.
  • Work as a back up for Office Assistant as and when needed.


Qualifications and skills needed:
  • High School Diploma is a must; bachelor's degree is preferable.
  • 0-2 years admin support experience
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Excellent time management skills, ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Teamwork and collaboration abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office
