**OVERVIEW**

Responsible for all aspects of areas of responsibility. Ensures that all company policies, procedures, and practices are executed effectively, efficiently, and safely. Ensure each area works as a team with other areas in the facility to ensure work is completed on time within budgeted guidelines.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

* Cycle Count Program:

+ Manage the entire cycle count program from start to finish.

+ Ensuring we are meeting our service level agreement for cycle count program, ensure all inventory moves are performed accurately and in a timely manner.

+ Communicate with fulfillment team as well as finance about any issues, and provide updates to where we are in the process.

+ Accurate and timely reporting of all IC movements.

+ Root cause/trend analysis and research; related process flow improvement recommendations

* Hospital:

+ Provide support to hospital, and ensure we are maintaining our service level agreement.

* Putaway:

+ Manage the team that performs returns putaway and receiving putaway.

* Location Management:

+ Perform consolidation, labeling, moving of product as needed to support both receiving and returns putaway.

* Receiving Process

+ Handle receipts that come in after 1st shift receiving team leaves.

+ Ensure receiving putaway is completed each day.

* Manage the 2nd shift team, including performance management, and administrative task.

* Other duties as needed.

**QUALIFICATIONS / KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES**

* Associates degree (A.A.) or equivalent combination of education and experience.

* One to three years supervisory experience.

* Distribution experience preferred.

* In order to ensure service levels, it is essential that the individual in this role be able to work a regular and reliable schedule as provided by management.

* Given the significant responsibilities of this role, it is essential that this role be filled on a full-time basis only.

* It is essential that the duties of this role be performed onsite at the facility.
