Pay Rate: $35 - $40 / hour
Shifts Details:
- Monday through Friday 8am-4pm
Job Summary:
Staff Today a division of Health Advocates Network is seeking qualified and reliable Substitute Teachers to fill in for regular classroom teachers on an as-needed basis. The Substitute Teacher will be responsible for maintaining a positive and productive learning environment, following lesson plans provided by the regular teacher, and ensuring the safety and well-being of students.
Responsibilities:
- Follow lesson plans provided by the regular classroom teacher and ensure continuity of instruction
- Manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning environment
- Provide instruction and support to students as needed
- Communicate with school staff and administrators regarding any issues or concerns
- Uphold school policies and procedures at all times
- Ensure the safety and well-being of students at all times
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (preferred)
- Teaching certification or substitute teaching permit
- Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to different classroom environments and grade levels
- Reliable transportation and flexibility in scheduling
