As an eCommerce Merchandiser, you will take your passion for a customer first mindset to maximize the DXL.com consumer site experience, take a creative approach in curating compelling merchandise stories online, roll up your sleeves to dig into results, and bring your engagement to learn the most about industry trends.
Using your proactive, high energy, and collaborative nature, you will play a key role in supporting our guests by:
* Overseeing the visual merchandising presentation to best attend to customer demand and convert visits into sales
* Directing the display and approve product attributes, images and content, and ensure proper taxonomy and attribution
* Participating in assessing category and item performance and advise on recommendations to enhance sales conversion rates
* Maximizing item page content to drive traffic and improve sales
* Demonstrating up-to-date expertise in site merchandising and applies this to the development, implementation, and improvement of action plans
* Assisting manager and collaborate with merchandising & creative teams on seasonal outfitting while taking care of the outfitting turn in process
We're looking for someone:
* With a Bachelor's Degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
* With a minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a specialty retail environment or relevant job experience
* With strong comprehension of merchandising procedures and retail accounting
* With knowledge of centralized merchandising systems
