**Overview**:

Ivy H. Smith Company, LLC is currently seeking Customer Service Support to work out of Orlando, FL to provide Customer Service phone support and Clerical support as needed to the District Manager as well as support the operations at the field office level. Preferred candidate will have 0-3 years minimum experience in Customer Service, be detail oriented with focus on accuracy; be able to demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills; and be proficient with Microsoft Business Applications (Excel, Outlook, Word).

**Responsibilities:**

* Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat

* Responds professionally to inquiries from internal/external customers

* Tracks/Reports Damages from work sites from Internal and External crews to supervisors

* Responds professionally to inquiries from internal/external customers regarding Damages to on-site work

* Promotes, ensures and provides customer service to internal/external customers by demonstrating skills which are consistent with the organization's philosophy of providing extraordinary customer relations and quality service

* Guide and process customer inquiries/complaints in a fast-paced environment

* Documents conversations with members according to procedure

* Follows established procedures to meet customer/member needs

* Performs other relevant duties as required

* Assist the department in meeting customer needs and reaching department expectations

**Qualifications**:

* Preferred candidate will have 0-3 years minimum experience proving administrative support in addition to providing top quality customer service

* Candidate should be detail oriented with focus on accuracy and be able to demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills

* Required to effectively interact with diverse work units and relevant organizational departments

* Proficient with Microsoft Business Applications (Excel, Outlook, Word), Quickbase, and other applications necessary to complete tasks

* Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish)

* Maintain safe working habits/conditions according to all regulations and policies
