We are seeking an attorney who: Demonstrates genuine care for their clients Is driven by financial incentives Possesses a proactive, can-do mindset Exhibits exceptional negotiation skills Is eager to acquire new knowledge Desires to be part of a team of legal professionals who prioritize client welfare Holds a license in Rhode Island or Massachusetts OR has achieved a UBE passing score of 276 or higher within the last two years Compensation: Starting at $85,000+ with the potential to earn $150,000 within one year and $200K+ within two years. Our current team is achieving and exceeding these targets, with plans for further expansion. Base salary will be determined based on your experience level. After one year, you will transition to our commission-based model, offering significant earning opportunities. This structure empowers you to manage your income potential while being supported by a team of skilled individuals. You will receive comprehensive training from a group of seasoned attorneys boasting over 60 years of personal injury expertise.
