Care Partner / Nursing Assistant - PRN Float Pool *


Job Details

The Care Partner assists in the provision of patient care and clerical support under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse. The Care Partner is responsible for meeting and maintaining established patient care standards and providing patient/family centered care while providing service excellence. At a minimum, must perform established Washington Health System Core Care Partner Skills & Responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

  1. Accountable and responsible for the provision of patient care and comfort under the direct supervision of a registered nurse according to established standards, policies, and procedures of Washington Health System.
  2. Accurately reports information to the registered nurse.
  3. Assists with clerical responsibilities for assigned patients.
  4. Completes all technical skills and patient care procedures as delegated according to established Washington Health System Core Patient Care Skills & Responsibilities.


THE FLOAT POOL HAS BOTH FULL TIME & PART TIME OPENINGS AS WELL AS 8 HOUR AND 12 HOUR SHIFTS! THIS DEPARTMENT ALLOWS YOU TO EXPERIENCE MANY OF OUR EXCELLENT IN-PATIENT UNITS BY ROTATING WHICH UNIT YOU WORK ON EACH SHIFT! Shift: Rotating (630a to 7p, 1030a-11p, 630p-7a for twelve hour shifts)

Hours: 36-40 (12 or 8 hour shifts) Full-Time or Part-Time available
