NC Power System carries the complete line of Caterpillar engine and power systems products covering a vast territory that includes central and western Washington. We are the Pacific Northwest's Caterpillar Dealer in delivering prime and standby electric power, marine, oil and gas, and industrial/OEM installations.

About the Position:

NC Power Systems are seeking Power Generation Technician at our, Wenatchee WA Branch. This is a key role in our company in which our technicians are responsible for diagnosing and performing all repairs / installations in EPG and Industrial engines including OEM and EPG preps in the shop

Essential Duties:

  • Diagnose, Repair and Install Industrial engines (Including OEM and EPG)
  • Troubleshoot and inspect power generators to make necessary repairs
  • Perform tear downs and cleanings
  • Order parts by using Caterpillar parts ordering system (SIS)
  • Communicate with Engineering, end-users, customers and other team members
  • Meet administrative requirements to complete paperwork (including service reports)


Qualifications & Experience Needed:

  • Degree in Diesel Technology is preferred
  • 2+ years of generator experience or CAT Industrial engine
  • Must possess your own tools
  • Must have and maintain a valid drivers license
