Staff On Site currently recruiting for an Accounting Assistant for an established company in Roscoe.

This is a part-time position with the possibility of a full-time job for the right candidate.

1st shift Monday through Friday 9a to 5:30p. Pay ranges between $16.00-$18.00 pending experience and interview.

We are looking for an Accounting Assistant to perform daily accounting tasks that will support our financial team. Accounting Assistant responsibilities include entering financial transactions into our internal databases, Sales Orders, matching purchase orders to invoices, and daily tasks as assigned. Ultimately, you will help our Accounting department run smoothly, ensuring transparency and efficiency in all transactions.

Requirements:

Basic Accounting experience (1 year)
Excellent Customer Service
Sage Software experience preferred but not a deal breaker.
High attention to detail
