Purchasing/Warehouse Associate ( NO EXPERIENCE NO PROBLEM WE WILL TRAIN YOU) We are looking for purchasing or warehouse associate at our distribution facility located in Troy, Michigan. The main roles and responsibility include receipt, enter, storage, picking and shipping of products. This may include product entry, fulfilling, packing, and shipping orders to ensure on time delivery. Roles and Responsibilities: I. Enter product information or data entry of new products using our MDS-NX system and standard operating system. II. Receive, verify, process purchase order and store at recommend temperature or designated location. III. Create, receive, and verify PO from manufacturer or vendors. IV. Pick, pack, Check, ship, and processing order on timely basis. V. Verify physical inventory and able to do inventory cycle count on timely basis. VI. Ability to learn ERP software, UPS world ship and FedEx manager. (Will provide initial training) VII. Assists purchasing team in reordering, tracking product movement, placing purchase order to maintain sufficient level of inventory in stock. VIII. Help regulatory team and accounting team wherever required. IX. Attend the customer call or able to resolve any issue when required. X. In case of large shipment able to use pallet, jack, and lift 30+ pounds. XI. Manages the Track & Trace database appropriately to maintain compliance with procedural requirements. XII. Other roles and responsibility given by the management. Reports to: This position directly reports to Purchasing Manager and CEO. Also, you must collaborate with purchasing, compliance, finance, warehouse, and other departments of organization. Qualification and Experience Needed: Some college, and associates or bachelors degree pharmaceutical experience preferred (Not required) Excellent oral and written communication skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, with concentration on Microsoft Excel. Ability to multitask. Knowledge of pharmacy and wholesaler regulation or willing to learn Ability to stand up for long period of time and willing to work extra hours when required. Self-starter and ability to work independently. Ability to effectively work in a team environment, maintaining group morale and mutual respect.
