**Job Description:**

WideOrbit believes that our success depends on our customers satisfaction with our products and service. Although we believe everyone has an impact on customers, our Product Support Specialists are the first line to our customers and their impact can be the largest. Product Support is not an entry level role and we hire experienced industry professionals that can educate our customers and troubleshoot system issues with patience. If you have a background in television research and/or ad sales, and have a passion for making customers happy, our Product Support Specialist job might be the right fit for you.

**Here is what success will look like:**

* Help users with how-to questions regarding use of WO Media Sales

* Identify and document software defects and requests for enhancements

* Provide information regarding customer needs to engineering and marketing

* Work with team to develop product support infrastructure

* Perform other tasks as assigned

* Reports to the Manager of Product Support

**To thrive in this role, heres what were looking for:**

* 2+ years of experience at a television or radio station within a sales department is strongly preferred.

* Experience with advertising/media sales proposals and stewardship applications.

* Excellent interpersonal skills, especially over the telephone.

* Strong technical aptitude to quickly learn new software.

* Experience using web-based applications and comfortable with learning and using new technologies.

* The ability to work effectively under pressure and balance competing tasks in a rapidly changing environment.

* Proficiency in MS Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook.

* Outstanding communication, problem-solving, follow-up, and organizational skills.

**Location:**

This position will be based in our Hoover, AL office or Telecommute.
