Excellent growth potential!Assists the Director of Nursing with clinical administrative functions hands-on clinical care, as needed, including medication administration.
$42 per hour
Monday - Friday, 8:45am - 5:15pm with flexibility to work other days/shifts as needed

- Flexible and adaptable with the ability to critically think and problem-solve in stressful or urgent situations
- Proficient in verbal and written English with strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong leadership and supervisory abilities, adept at guiding and directing teams
- Works with a sense of urgency while paying close attention to detail
- Intermediate computer and mobile device skills
Our Minimum Requirements- Current unencumbered LVN or LPN License
- Minimum of 6 months experience in an administrative assistant capacity
- CPR Certified or ability and willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire
- Ability to work the defined schedule for this position which may include weekends and holidays

Your Typical Daily Responsibilities- Coordinating communication and follow up with doctors, pharmacy and family members to support nursing wellness initiatives.
- Assisting our Director of Resident Care Services in maintaining regulatory compliance and enhancing resident satisfaction in our reliable nursing services.
- Providing medication administration as needed for residents as specified in individual service plan.
- Assisting in maintaining and training of infection control and hazard communication programs for Belmont Village.
