ARC is a year-long, home based, addiction treatment program that works collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to assist clients in their first year of recovery. In this workplace, employees are given more freedom to map their paths to growth (with the financial and moral support they need).Position Summary:The Psychotherapist (IPT)is responsible for delivering IHAT (In-Home Addiction Treatment) Psychotherapy to Aware Recovery Care (ARC) clients related to their substance use and co-occurring mental health diagnoses, psychotherapy sessions to clients assigned in our outpatient MAT only service line, as well as up to six virtual family sessions utilizing Solution Focused Brief Therapy for clients and up to two identified allies. The IPT may act as a clinical consultant to Aware Care Teams by communicating relevant clinical information about diagnoses and making treatment recommendations based on consistent evaluation of client s progress on their identified goals.
