On-Site in Rockville, MD
Duration: approximately 2008 hours (i.e., one year)
Scope of Work:
1) Contractor will provide technical staff (MS in Computer Related Field Required) to support
application development, and documentation efforts for the Department of Health and Human
Services Applications Team.
This support could be for multiple systems using similar technologies and tools.
These systems may include
(a) CYF Cost of Childcare calculator
(b) Newcomer tracking system
(c) HR tracking system
(d) Foster Parent Application for SBHWC
2) Contractor will provide candidate(s) with Expert experience in:
- Developing using the most current .NET Web Applications, MVC, Web API 7+ Years.
- Maintaining .NET Web Applications, MVC 7+ Years.
- Database Administration: MS SQL and Oracle 7+, 7+ Years.
- Coding / Integration /Reporting experience in VB.NET, C# .NET, HTML, SQL.
- Mapping, Migrating data from one database system to another database system (MS SQL
server)
- Converting customer enhancements requests to functional requirements, to design and
implement.
- Publishing a .NET deployment package for deployment in DEV. TEST and PROD
